We renovate properties to improve habitability, functionality, energy efficiency, layout, and design. Depending on the property, this may include interior remodeling, exterior improvements, systems upgrades, added bathrooms, kitchen modernization, landscaping, and unit reconfiguration.

Where zoning, permitting, and site conditions allow, we explore opportunities to build, expand, or convert properties to better serve housing demand.

We rent and manage residential units with a focus on clean, safe, and well-maintained homes. Our goal is to provide practical housing while preserving and improving the quality of the underlying property.

When appropriate, we sell renovated or repositioned properties after improvements have been completed.
